I was interviewing for big data developer role. 1 . Initial screening 2.technical 3.client -technical 4. Again client interview -completely deep technical All went well and I was very confident about my selection. But did heard anything from them. I was given three technical round, no organization will take 3rd technical . The process is very slow, they take 5-7 days to respond after one round... Sometimes panel will not be available. Very terrible and unprofessional way of dealing.
