I gave 2 rounds of interview and done with HR call. Got selected and after sharing my documents as requested they come up saying you need to attend one more round. They don't have any process in place and not transparent to candidates.
Total three round of interview. Two technical rounds followed by a HR discussion. Compensation is negotiated in HR round. They consider up to 12 years experienced only for technical roles.
