Firstly i had a telphonic round cleared that quiet easily and they called for F2F for technical round. 2nd Round - Waste of time. They kept us waited for almost 2 hours. One senior person took the interview, he asked lot of questions, i answered most of them, but he told that my they don't have many projects on my expertise technologies(Spring Boot, ReactJS) so there is no use hiring me. I asked him then why did your recruiter called me for the interview, and told that the i have all the desired skills as per JD provided by Recruiter. After that they kept me waiting saying that, they have some openings in other project as well, attend that also. Waoted for more 30 mins and attended, he asked all basic questions of Java and spring boot, i answered most of them, he told that i can go and wait outside, finally after waiting for 30 mins they told i din't qualify. I left from there with a smiling face, why beacuase i didn't understand on what basis they took interview.
