You get an E-mail from their HR person, to come on Saturday anytime 9-12 a.m. You reach there at 10:30, HR takes your CV and forgets about you, anyways at 2 they call you and take you to the system to give online test (Again you got an email saying there would be F2F interview as i am having 5 years of exp). I am not afraid of online test but PLEASE MENTION CLEARLY ON MAIL. Now come to online test, once you click FINISH, system throws Authentication error, now i waited untill 3:30 HR says "Whats your name? When did you come? Have you done F2F interview?" i said i got system error they said Oh you have not CLEARED online Test :D, then finally i came back I already have 2 offers in hand still i came just to check your process and systems so that i can write this review. I did not loose anything , even i think you loose me and many more like me :) I have been to HCL INFO but NIIT is worst i have ever seen in my 6 years of exp, and thats why these companies are AHEAD of you in many things :) Do not fool people please be transparent if it is a WALK-IN or Personal interview.
