I had a very good impression of the CEO, who seemed down-to-earth and the right person to bring CMB to the next level with her specific experience and strategic direction. They lauded an open-door policy where anyone could approach the boss at any time to ask questions or suggest ideas. The company has a two-day-a-week WFH policy and believes in work-life balance.
