Screening with the recruiter followed by 3 rounds, firstly with the manager of the team, second with two members of the team, third with the VP of Customer Success.

Informal questions about managing time, workload and how you collaborate with sales etc. also questions to see if you would be a good culture fit and how your experience would fit into the role. Each round felt more like a conversation than an interview yet all the necessary questions were asked to see if i was a good fit for the role!

Entretien
Initial screening call with internal recruiter, really personable and gave some great insights into the business and their goals. Then spoke with Director of CS, followed by a call with two team members which was a great way to get a different viewpoint. Final call was with VP of CS. From all stages I was able to get a solid overview and understanding of the role and business direction to determine if it was the right fit.
