Phone interviewed and asked for references. Phone interview was extremely positive and I alerted references to likely inquiry. I waited 2+ weeks for a response to no avail. To me, this is HIGHLY unprofessional, to ask for references, without calling them. I value and respect my references and to tell them to expect a call, and then no call is made, is just, completely unprofessional. In 10 years of contracting, I've never experienced this degree of unprofessionalism.
