Everyone was very nice. 5stars for communication/clarity on process/timeline. I don't think the internal company HR recruiter did a great job vetting to make sure it was a fit as soon as I was in the interview the interviewer and I both acknowledged a difference in skill need vs the posting vs my current skills.

After a successful screening, was asked to provide my availability over a period of 5 days on calendly.
Ghosted.
Would have appreciated some kind of communication if the intent to interview wasn’t there. I do understand that recruitement teams are extremely busy. But I kept myself available for 5 days and common courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Very professional & communicative
I applied heard back in under a week, had an interview the next, followed by “take home assignment”. Clear communication about steps/status the entire time. The people I interacted with were great.
