I had 5 interviews with different people in the company. First couple were technical interviews and then HR. Then they sent me to the sub-contracting client for a placement interview.

very fast first call, hey my name is X,
didn't need to check my resume or nothing, ( i think they are despred for works),
got link to do some Codility they wrote,
OMG it was writen so bad, took me 40m to get what they want from me,
and 20m to asnwer it.
