Initial coding interview on their platform. You are given zero information about what will be on the test (it's all coding) and are not allowed to use any resources outside of coding documentation. They also record the exam and monitor your screen. Needless to say the test is pretty unrealistic and generally a waste of time if you aren't already familiar with the language they make you use.
