Before the interview, I received an email containing details of the interview process, links to the company website and social media pages, as well as a description of the job duties. This helped me to prepare in advance. The interview was conducted over zoom. The lady that held the interview was so nice; very friendly and engaging. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was very thorough, which makes me think that this company takes recruitment very seriously and selects their employees very carefully. The lady re-worded a few questions, to help me to comprehend what she had asked me, which I appreciated. She spent about 10 minutes at the end of the interview explaining what was going to happen next, the documents that I would need to provide, information on the company and answering my questions. It was a very pleasant interview and she made me feel at ease very quickly. After the interview, she emailed me a job offer, which detailed all of the company details and another email containing photographs of the centre that I would be working at and a Welcome Pack, with additional information. Overall, I felt like this was a very thorough, informative and pleasant interview experience.
