No 1st call interview, They will ask you to come in and put you in the center of the office where everyone is working. My first impression when first coming into the office, It looked like a sweatshop it was extremely crowded. They interview you in front of the entire staff instead of putting you in a separate room. Owner or manager did not tell me anything about the position or any benefits. Overall terrible interview process, I could easily tell this place looked unorganized and mismanaged.
