Very lenghty and AI powered process, there’s one online assessment, then an interview with the HR, then another 1 hour long assessment about reading tons of email to organize an event and solving problems (keep the count of the budget expenses) and then another interview and then the final group assessment. I was stuck at the second online assessment, the first interview was quite friendly and nice, the pay was around 6000 per month they said

Entretien
My interview process at Coca Cola HBC Switzerland was outstanding. There were five steps (CV screening, HR interview, online simulation, interview with line manager and HR, and in person case study), but none of them felt unnecessary or boring. Also, the timeline followed what was explained in the beginning of the interviews, notification times were very fast and everything took less than two months. The interviewers were very open and easy to talk to, and they always asked fair and interesting questions and were focussed on getting to know me. Overall, this interview process was one of the best I have had during my career.
