I applied online. The process lasted for more than 5 months. In order to be invited to AC a candidate should pass online test and phone interview. After AC, where candidates are asked to solve the case, the candidate is invited to the interview with manager and HR. There are little questions asked on the final stage. If one get to the final stage, there is a relatively large change to be offered a job.

Interviewer was 30 mins late (online interview). Interview was average. I was told I am in the next round and will receive a mail within 7 days. Never got a mail. Sent them a mail asking about my application and even asked via LinkedIn, never got a response from anyone. The worst interview experience I ever had.

5 interviews ! Online only not in person, until the 4th stage you don’t see anyone ! Too much time for a response ! The response was you don’t fit to the culture
