The interview was not hard, asked many questions regarding previous experiences from the CV. Followed by typical interview questions of how do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to apply here? What could you give to the company?

Absolute wreck. I think they used third parties to conduct the preliminary test. Zoom link are supposed to be given the day before, but they send the link 1 hour after the scheduled test time. So the preliminary test got delayed around 2-3 hours. They did not inform us regarding the timeline of the preliminary test on the email, and turned out the test took a full day. There was a QnA session before the test and i feel like the host were unnecessarily rude, as they did not mention important informations in the email. The most horrible part? Some divisions are no longer accepting the position. But those who applied to the position still got invited but got moved to another division without prior information in their email. When asked regarding this matter the hosts simply said they can left if they no longer interested.
I decided to left the zoom midway and did not proceed my application because i feel like they did not value the applicants. I feel like they treat us as beggar who needs their help, not as a potential investment for them. Worst preliminary test experience ever. Whether it is CCEP's fault or the 3rd party part, i hope they improve.
