Entretien
1st: Phone interview with a member of Talent Acquisition (TA) to understand employment history and interest in company.
2nd: Face to face interview with TA and the person in post at the time. Standard competency questions relevant to job role were asked; encouraged to use S.T.A.R method in responses.
3rd: Interview with hiring manager - less skill based and more focused on achievements. Opportunity to see if personalities will work.
