I was really impressed with the interview process at Coalfire. My interview process consisted of an initial phone screen, a first interview with a senior member of the team and a final interview with the director of the team. All interviews were scheduled in a timely manner and with a lot of communication in between. I didn’t end up getting an off but received some valuable feedback to improve for the future.

I found the opportunity on LinkedIn and applied through the open requisition on their website. I received an email about a week later requesting time for a phone screen. The recruiter cancelled (last minute, no less) twice before conducting the phone screen. They phone screen went well and they communicated interest in moving the process forward. However, shortly after I received no further communication and was completely ghosted even after sending follow up emails directly to the recruiter. All-in-all, not a good look for a company.
