J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coalfire

I first received a Do Not Reply email from the recruiter asking me to reply to set up an interview. I called and spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and reached out to the recruiter. She emailed me again to set up a time, but then the morning of the interview she rescheduled.
Phone Interview itself was easy, about 30 min, and I could hear lots of traffic and noise in the background like she was going for a walk?
She asked if I was available that same day to meet with the hiring manager, unfortunately I was not. She then said to email her Monday to make sure we got something set up. Of course I had to email her and I got no reply.
Very unorganized. Pretty sure she is a contractor but makes the company look bad.

Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. I replied to the recruiter's inquire and sent recruiter my contact info. The recruiter called me back the next day to do a phone interview.Phone interview was going well until I was asked questions about national origin, my current salary, my accent, and about the area where I live in. As soon as I answered to all of those questions the recruiter didn't sound very interested and believed I didn't live close enough to the company. However, after asking all these unlawful questions recruiter said he would like to do an in-person interview, but never followed up as he stated. In my opinion the interview was totally biased and discriminatory.
