I saw an opening at the mall and submitted my application in person. It took around 1-2 weeks before I got a response. They called me in for an interview couple days later and the whole process took 2-3 weeks before I had a second phone interview with the district manager and receiving an offer.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
