J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coach (Vacaville, CA) en août 2013

I submitted my application and about a week later I was called in for an interview with the general manager. She was really friendly and down to earth and told me about how the work flow was. She emphasized that it is important to be on time for you shift, as associates changed zones and it's important to keep zone coverage to prevent theft. She asked a few questions about my previous employer, like "What was the most difficult situation you encountered?" and "What did you learn from your previous employer?" Then she told me one of the managers will give me a call back to get an interview with the district manager. That never happened, but a week later I was hired. You usually go through a group interview then the individual interview, then district manager interview, but I guess I was good enough to hire part time! Overall, the interview was easy-going, but never let your guard down and don't talk TOO much.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
