I filled out an application and returned it to my local Coach store. The manager who took my application asked me a few questions about my past work experience and a few questions about my ehnicity (I'm East Asian). She wanted to know because they get a lot of Asian customers and needed someone who could speak an East Asian language on board. I told her I speak two East Asian languages fluently. She asked me to schedule for an interview on the spot. I went to my interview with the store manager the following week, which turned out to be a group interview with 2 other girls. I think the interview lasted around an hour. It was the longest interview ever! The store manager was super nice, but she asked A LOT of questions. You name it, she asked it. The store manager called me two days later and offered me the job. I accepted the offer, but I ended up quitting after a month and a half because the hours suck and you have to be on call. They ask people to go home when it's slow, too.
