It was an incredibly easy hiring process. Shortly after applying, I received a call to attend a group interview. We followed the hiring manager to the stockroom and sat in a circle and we each answered verbal questions from one end of the circle to the other. Luckily for me, I was first in line to answer which made me sound more original and not copying the person before me. Immediately after, I was privately informed that I got the job and briefed about scheduling and when my next shift would be. It seemed to me that the candidates they didn't want were told they'd receive a phone call after reviewing the interview details. I was under this impression because I never again saw those candidates who were told that.
