Had standard in person interview with a store manager, backround check done. Had second interview at another location with DM. All went well. Standard type of questions asked. People were friendly and environment was professional store attmosphere. Timely in manner and some done out of store or in back office. All was neat and clean.

After every answer that I replied, the store manager make a conclusion in two to three words in a not polite way.
Basic questions were ask:

Extremely friendly and conversational interviews. Interviews went well and was told I’d hear back within a week but was ghosted unfortunately. No response to follow up communication. Make sure you know the company history and offerings.

I got a long list of questions, which are all routine questions like "what is your strength","give 3 words best describe yourself".
no result for the interview, which is bad, at least you should give me a result.
