I connected with CoStar at a University career fair and applied online through Handshake. I had a 30 minute in-person interview at the school to go over my resume; after about 2 weeks, I was notified on Handshake that I was invited to the Power Day (final round of interviews) in their office in Richmond. At the final round , there were two interviewers who also went over my resume, this time with more in-depth questions.
