Odd interview process... seemed to be ready to hire me during one phone interview, but on the next interview - the interviewer became very evasive. Also, it seemed strange that I applied for positions at a couple of different locations.... then, a few days later, I received an email notice that CoStar's "Hiring needs had changed" and they had "closed requisitions" at both of the locations where I had applied. CoStar left a strong impression, with me, that it is not quite sure of the direction it wants to take with it's architectural photographer positions.... as well as the locations where they want to offer the jobs. Not a good sign of planning and organization when 2 different positions are posted one week... then "rescinded" a few days later.
