Entretien
Pretty straightforward, phone interview and in-person. The in-person consists of you meeting with a director, manager, and a research associate. Not very challenging, just prepare and you will do fine.
I applied online, was contacted via a recruiter for a telephone interview, passed that then was asked in for in person interview in which I shadowed a current employee to get a feel for the job, then interviewed with a manager and the received a follow up call two days later offering the job. very easy interview process

- fIRST is an over the phone pre screening interview.
- schedule in person interview
- Arrive you in wait in the lobby
- HR representative brings you to the 2nd floor where you will wait again
- One of the managers picks you and brings you to a conference room to internview.
-They than take you to me an RA II where you do a side by side
-Evaluate your Excel proficiency
-Interview with Director and Potential Manager
-On the spot Call Simulation with an RA
