The process started off very positively. I had great conversations with the hiring manager and several members of the team, and the recruiter was consistently engaged, checking in and making sure I felt informed throughout the process.
After completing the final interview, I sent thank you notes and followed up, but then communication stopped completely. Unfortunately, I never received an update or closure even after several emails and text messages seeking feedback.
Being ghosted after investing time and energy into a lengthy interview process was disappointing, especially from a company of this size and reputation. A simple update or decision would have gone a long way and would have reflected the level of professionalism I expected.
