J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez CoStar Group (Richmond, VA) en déc. 2025
Entretien
I was initially referred for a multi-family role by a current employee. I was contacted and connected with two separate recruiters who did not communicate with each other, and scheduled an initial phone call which the CoStar team did not appear for. Totally understandable; after rescheduling for another time through both team members, I was able to meet with a final recruiter a few day later....however, I was eventually called 5 minutes after our established timeframe, offered minimal information on the change between roles, had less than half my questions answered, and had the team member end the call with 5 minutes to spare.
While I understand this is not a standard interview process, it was EXTREMELY unprofessional, disorganized, and off-putting for a "proven industry leader".

Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.

A not too formal, 30-minute Teams call; alternated between asking me questions about myself and how I fit into the role and the industry, and explaining the role to me.
