She conducted 3 interviews with me, the first one was a phone call, then a video call with her and then we had to do one more with two other employees I NEVER saw again. 3 interviews for this position were definite overkill and not worth the actual position.

The questions were very basic to customer service, which is another reason I didn't understand the need for 3 different interview times.
