The auto and home directors sat with me for about 45 minutes and we talked about my experience, how I feel about working with other people in a team, they asked some technical questions about the job.

How do you feel about working in team withother people?
Straight forward, 30 minutes of online teams with one HR person. There were mostly behavioural questions, around 6 of them. After a couple days they sent an email about their decision.

first round - phone interview with HR second round - interview with two managers Most questions were about past projects. Although, the second interview was behavioural, they focused on projects. Use of STAR method is expected

What are your hobbies? Tell me about yourself? Tell us about an easy project, a medium project and a difficult project. Which packages have you used? Why do you want to work for Co-operators? What can you bring to the co-operative?
