My first interview in almost 20 years and I was extremely nervous. I was met with a smile and J even offered to carry my coat. So humble and so polite. Instantly felt at ease. Also helped that the building was quite impressive. The interview felt more informal than formal. I was really impressed with their attitude and interview style. No awkward silent moments and they had clearly done their research on me as i had on them.
