From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. The interview was relaxed and professionally conducted. Kelvin set the scene and conducted the interview as expected and I was very impressed with his enthusiasm for the co-op and his honesty. I have accepted a job offer and very much look forward to being part of the co-op family.

Entretien
Very straight forward, friendly and informal. All conducted at a steady pace and felt that I was able to be myself and come across in a positive way. I also had the chance to chat with some of the staff either side of the interview which was a big plus for me.

Entretien
I had my interview with a lovely lady named Christine, she made me feel at ease straight away and asked me lots of questions about myself and what I could bring to the role, after going through the booklet and chatting some more I was delighted for her to say I got the job and I can't wait to join the coop team!
General situation-based questions many about team work. Also why do you want the role and what do you know about coop. Good availabliltu aka flexible hours will help get the job
