I have interviewed for Co-op Food for the basic CTM role on 2 separate occasions in separate locations and have got the job on both occasions. The interview process is quite relaxed although it is strictly 'by the book', as on both occasions a specific sheet was followed asking roughly about yourself and 5 questions in which you answer to show that you have experienced a certain situation and played a significant part, although unfortunately i cannot completely remember the specific questions.

Relaxed atmosphere, asked questions on personal experience. Wanted to know about the retail sector, what I can bring to the Co-op. What kind of hobbies I had, social life aspects.

Was well set up and easy to adhere to , just a normal interview process. I enjoyed the interview process. And i got the job i applied for and started earning money
