I wanted to share that my interview experience with Cohere has been very positive from start to finish. The process began with a phone interview, where I had the opportunity to discuss my background and learn more about the role. The communication was clear and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the possibility of joining the team. Following that, I had a Microsoft Teams interview with two members of the Cohere staff. Both interviewers were warm, professional, and engaging. They asked thoughtful questions and also took the time to explain the company’s culture, goals, and expectations in more detail. It truly felt like a two way conversation, which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience made me feel valued and even more confident that Cohere is a place where I can grow, contribute, and thrive.
