Probably the most uncomfortable interview I've ever had. The manager (who never introduced himself, didn't sit down and just stood there with his arms folded,) asked non-sequiters. Everyone else just sat there staring forward. No rapport with each other,,,it was weird. You can tell that the culture and morale are bad. The team seems to be under a lot pressure and it is most likely because they are the "bottle neck" team. I hope they get their CSO from the outside because that "manager" isn't going anywhere I want to go. This was the only job rejection that has ever left me with a sense of relief me.
