I applied online, I was then contacted by the store to set up for an interview. The whole process including the interview was 1 week. It was an easy process and interview. The interview was more relaxed, more of a casual conversation.

Three days later got the call for interview. A assistant manager interviewed me. 40mins around. Then the store manager asked a simple question: rush hour, you have customer who want to try cloth on, co-worker need bag check and customer want to pay, what you gonna do
