The interview was easy.
Suspiciously easy.
Like none of those questions where they put you on ice and really test your work ethic, like "what would you do in X situation?"
Moreso, a lot of just the interviewer talking about how the culture is really important to them. I got the sense that they're hiring for the -vibes- and not for work ethic or experience. I have my theories, based on the former employee reviews about why I didn't fit the vibe they were looking for. I got the feeling that I probably wasn't "one of the guys."
Also, I think that a company that goes out of their way to tell you multiple times that they don't micromanage you actually does. A company that doesn't micromanage just lives that, they don't market it as part of the whole vibe.
Got a rejection email the next day. Their loss, my dodged bullet, I'm sure, lmao.
