Interview was set for 1:00pm on a Friday, I was working out of town so I flew up to northwest Arkansas for the interview. Arrived at to interview at 12:45. Someone who worked at the at location came out to greet me, told him what I was there for and he tried to contact the area manager I was interviewing with. By 1:00, nobody had showed up. I get a call around 1:15 from the area manager saying he had got tied up at another location and asked to reschedule for the following Monday (knowing I had flew up for the interview) I rescheduled for a zoom interview, had the interview and 5 days later received an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. (Have 10 plus years owning/managing my own detail shop)

Virtual Interview with regional recruiter which was more formal and questions regarding management experience, cash management, and leadership style and lasted about 30 mins and then in-person with area manager which was another 30 mins and more so giving me the background on the company, growth opportunities, and an outlook on day to day operations.
