First, a personality assessment, followed by a one-way interview, then a one on one virtual interview, then a team interview and presentation. After that I was asked for a final interview with the hiring manager. This process took about a month. It was a really long and time consuming process, only to be told that they have decided to move on to other applicants. In the future, this company may want to consider shortening their hiring and interview process because going through this number of stages for a denial is quite exhausting.
