I responded to a posting on an online job board with an email and actual mail letter to the HR department. Within a month I received an invitation to interview with the HR rep, the Marketing Director and the VP of Operations. The interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease. The most challenging was the VP ops, whose main questions were designed to determine how I could improve the service level of our reps, considerably important because customers spent an average of $2500 per order.
