Shockingly bad experience! Good company brand and well known in the industry but senior management is actually just a bunch of cowboys and directors need to get with the real world looks like they have “hidden” issues with staff rentention as CEO likes to exclude certain data to make it sound better than it actually is. Wouldn’t actually join this company if had been offered. Process was slow three 1.5-2 hour interviews no feedback during each of the interviews. Need to have a real shake up that people are not that desperate to join as a company.
