I received an email from the recruiter and after an introduction meeting I had an interview with a developer and head of frontend team. Then I received another call from the recruiter telling me that although the company was satisfied with me, they can't hire me because I'm not in Europe and currently they cannot offer me a sponsorship.

The process was mainly focused on my past experiences. They also asked questions about some situations and wanted to know what I'd do if I face that situation. They also asked questions about financial management and my experiences about assigning funds for my teams.
