Very smooth and well organised process. It was awesome experience to interview with Cloudera. I got message on LinkedIn from one recruiter of Cloudera. I accepted that invitation and the process will start with a Skype interview and then couple of F2F rounds were there.
The most awesome recruitment team I have ever seen. I haven't feel like I'm taking an typical interview it was very interactive.

Extensive multi-round technical rounds with actual team members. Nice friendly environment, but tough questions from OS, networking to hadoop components and programming. Initial and final discussions are with management and recruiters.

The interview was over zoom with a possible future colleague and a hiring manager. The interview was broken into a technique and social portion. The technique portion involved asking questions regarding the linux.
