Interview process was pretty standard, however final on-site interview was much more intense than expected.
Large emphasis on customer support skills. Technical ability is a plus, but without the customer support skills - you'll find it hard to make it past the phone screen.
Technical questions were geared towards knowledge of SQL queries, linux OS/command line, linux (bash) scripting, java application troubleshooting. Bonus points if you have coding skills/knowledge, and can demonstrate that.
Be prepared for a final on-site interview that will last about 6 hours. Analytical/troubleshooting skills will be heavily tested, so talk out loud with your interviewer and make sure they understand your line of thinking and how you're approaching a problem.

Client reports they are having issue XYZ. Walk me through how you would determine the cause of the issue (narrow it down to a culprit)?
Extensive multi-round technical rounds with actual team members. Nice friendly environment, but tough questions from OS, networking to hadoop components and programming. Initial and final discussions are with management and recruiters.

The interview was over zoom with a possible future colleague and a hiring manager. The interview was broken into a technique and social portion. The technique portion involved asking questions regarding the linux.
