      Entretien

      The interview process consisted of two rounds of interviews and an assessment test. The first interview was an initial conversation where they asked basic questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "What will you bring to the team?" The atmosphere was friendly, and the questions focused on my background and interest in the role. After passing the first interview, I was given an assessment test to evaluate my problem-solving skills and understanding of customer support scenarios. The final interview involved two interviewers. They asked more in-depth questions. Overall, the process was well-structured and professional, with clear communication from the HR team.

      Both interviewers introduced themselves, explained the job position and talked about the company. After that, they asked me a few questions about my professional background and how would I solve specific situation. Lastly, they thanked me.

      The process was good and quite fast. I submitted my application and a few days next received the invitation to a call with the hiring manager, after he emailed me some tests: an English proficiency test and a Google form with 2 customer questions to solve. They also gave me access to their Knowledge Base in order to answer the questions.
