1. Phone interview 2. Tech part with Karat. I'm not sure I fully understand the concept of using 3rd party to conduct tech interviews. It's kind of the opposite of what other companies do that really want to interview candidates themselves. Be prepared for hard questions that even ChatGPT can't solve. Also, be ready to read a long description of coding challenges and run a number of unit tests. None of the questions can be found on Leetcode so be ready to use all your knowledge and practice to solve those challenges. Overall I personally don't like Karat as a solution to help companies interview candidates. Also, none of my interviewers were helpful during the interviews. So yeah no wonder Karat has a lot of negative reviews
