Interview was a mix of technical and personal questions. Personal questions were related to handling support situations and working with other employees. Technical questions far exceeded what you'd expect of Tier 1 support. They really want someone with much more expertise. They said they'd call back with or without an offer. That was two weeks ago, I never received any further communication.
