J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez CloudPay en mars 2024

I saw their job posting from Linkedin and applied there online. I think there are 3 interviews as explained by them. Initial, technical and final interviews. For initial interview with HR, more like gathering of past ecperience and tech used then they will schedule you for the technical interview. The tech interview is a bit hard since I came unprepared. It is a panel one, a senior and lead tech people questioning you. Questions include java and spring and some SQL. They prepared coding exams on the spot but since I don't have a laptop then, I code in a paper! Btw, it is an open cam interview. The questions are simple I think but I just came unprepared.

Overall interview experience was very good and a straight forward process. Talent Specialist(Anoushka Patel) was available all the time when I had doubts. Initial round is HR round where they get to know your notice period, salary expectation and your interest in the job. 2nd round was Engineering Manager round that took about 45 mins where they get to know your skills, achievements and you get to know about CloudPay. 3rd round is a take home test. 4th round is a discussion about the test that includes few on the fly coding and adhoc questions. Overall the interviewers were very friendly and questions are based on the experience and not based on the DSA. Cant wait to work for CloudPay!
