3 people sitting in a room bombarding you with questions and not giving you enough time to even answer before the next person asks another one. Seemed more like a psych evaluation then an interview.

First I filled out an application online that included a short personality quiz and got a call with in a few days to schedule an interview. I was a little late but called in advance to let the supervisor know. I interviewed with the top supervisor. It was pretty standard interview questions and went over my resume. Was a pretty chill process. After I got past that part they sat me in a chair and I did a mock call with one of the call center leads and read the script while on the phone with that lead to see if I could read I guess? Haha. So I basically did a test call with one of the main call center scripts and got offered a position. No drug test required
