Interview process took over 2 months! The recruiter told me the company kept flip flopping and changing their minds for what they were looking for in a candidate. They would be in close contact for a few days, then weeks would go by with no update or response. I for sure thought I did not get the job, but the person the hired in my place quit after only 2 weeks.
